ZenFlux Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-17. Linyan Studio, operated by Xianyou Xiumei Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Linyan Studio", "we", "us", "our").

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ZenFlux ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@linyanstudio.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Service

The App lets you generate interior-design and other AI images by submitting a reference photo and/or a text prompt to AI image-generation models hosted by third-party providers. Each generation consumes tokens from your in-app balance. Generated images may be saved to your account and, by default, are visible on the App's public discovery feed unless you mark them private.

4. Tokens and In-App Purchases

• You may purchase tokens through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases. Token packs and prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
• Tokens are a limited license to use the App's generation features and have no monetary value outside the App.
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the App Store / Play Store policy.
• If a generation fails or times out due to our infrastructure, the tokens consumed for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance.
• Tokens are non-transferable and expire upon account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate or upload sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, or content depicting nudity of identifiable real people
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, violent, or threatens others on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Generate content that defames, harasses, or invades the privacy of a real person
• Generate content that infringes another party's intellectual property, including copyrighted images, trademarks, or recognizable likenesses without permission
• Attempt to bypass content filters, automate abuse, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including violation of export control or sanctions law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

6. User-Generated Content

The App displays a public discovery feed of images other users have generated. You can report any image you believe violates these Terms from the in-app overflow menu on each image, and you can block any user to hide their content from your feed. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them in a timely manner.

7. Ownership and Licenses

Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the photos you upload. By submitting them to the App, you grant Linyan Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display them for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Generated images: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are free to use the images generated for you for personal or commercial purposes. Note that AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection under U.S. law and that generated images may resemble training data; you are responsible for your own use of them.

Our content: The App, including its software, logos, and interface, is owned by Linyan Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (AWS, OpenRouter / Anthropic, RunPod, Sentry, PostHog, Apple, Google, Facebook, Expo) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the App, or at linyanstudio.com/zenflux/deleteuser. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused tokens.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linyan Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Linyan Studio in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linyan Studio from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App that cannot be settled by negotiation will be submitted to the competent people's court at the place where Xianyou Xiumei Information Technology Co., Ltd. is registered.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country or region where you live. If those laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, this section does not take that right away.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention within the App. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
