Delete Your ZenFlux Account or Data

You can remove your ZenFlux account, or individual pieces of your data, in any of the ways below.

Option 1: Delete from inside the App (recommended)

  1. Open the ZenFlux app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, generated images, uploaded photos, board memberships, and likes.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete individual items and keep everything else:

  1. Open the ZenFlux app and sign in.
  2. Go to History to remove generated images, or your uploaded photos list to remove reference photos.
  3. Tap the edit/delete control on any item and confirm.

Deleted items are removed from your account and from the public feed. You can also email support@linyanstudio.com to request deletion of specific data while keeping your account.

Option 2: Email request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@linyanstudio.com from the email address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request within a reasonable time.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also revoke the Facebook connection at any time:

  1. Log into your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
  3. Find ZenFlux in the list and tap Remove.

Note: revoking the Facebook connection severs the auth link but does not delete your ZenFlux account itself. Use Option 1 or 2 above to delete the account.

What gets deleted

Purchase records (token transactions) are retained in anonymized form for accounting, tax, and audit-trail compliance — your personal identifiers are removed but the transaction itself remains in our records. Purchases are non-refundable.

Important

Account deletion is irreversible. Once your data is deleted it cannot be recovered.
